While I wait for you to get banned, I'd like to point out that the new update removed any need to make a PvE character for PvP. In the past, PvE characters had a distinct advantage due to the ability to armor-swap in mid-combat, as well as to hide their armor type through Factions armor skins.
As of now, I can't think of any practical advantage to having a PvE character over a PvP one. All of your complaints focus on the appearance of the character, and none of that actually has an affect on your ability to PvP. The opinion of Anet has always seemed to be that vanity items are the sole domain of PvE, so if you want 15k armors and gold weapons, you will have to PvE for them. As they have no practical purpose in PvP, there is no reason to allow PvP characters access to them.
Mod combinations available on green weapons have been available as PvP weapons since before greens even existed.
